A Birthday Celebration

We have an English medium school near us--probably the nicest in our city with several hundred students from pre-school through age 17.
I recently went there and met the principal,  a wonderful lady committed to quality education.  When she found out that John is a singer of Tagore she asked if he can sing at their upcoming 'Birthday Celebration.'
Red and yellow are favorite colors of celebrations--the brighter the better.
The hall filled with students, age 3 up to 17, seated on the floor.  Parents and teachers were behind them on chairs,  calling out the useless "shhhhh!"  as the roar of voices continued through each song and speech.

They loved John's rendition of "When on This Path My Footprints No Longer Fall".

These girls were selected for the ceremonial cutting of the cake.

More student singers performed, and then...
A student rock band started singing,  a mosh pit formed,  and some rather restrained  Bollywood dancing began.A wonderfully joyful celebration.
Happy Birthday, Paramount.  And thank you for including us!
